Banana Oatmeal Bars (Gluten Free)

These one-bowl chocolate chip banana bars are quick to whip up and great to snack on all week long.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, gluten-free oats, nut butter, mashed bananas and chocolate chips.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper to ensure easy removal.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Let cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
