- 1 gluten-free pizza crust or prepared gluten free pizza dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup gouda cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup spinach chopped
- 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a lightly greased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the olive oil mixture over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the gouda cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts evenly over the pizza dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
