Artichoke Flatbread with Gouda Cheese

This artichoke flatbread with gouda cheese is made with gouda cheese, spinach, and marinated artichoke hearts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package gluten-free pizza crust or dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or powdered garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup gouda cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the olive oil mixture over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the gouda cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
