Elote, or Mexican street corn, is grilled corn on the cob that has been slathered with lime, cotija cheese, chili powder and mayo. This same combination of ingredients is also called Equites when served in a cup! For this Elote Hot Dog recipe, think Mexican street corn, but on a hot dog!! 1/4cupcrumbled fat free feta cheeseor dairy-free alternative
2jalapeñosthinly sliced
1/4cupchopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
Prepare the corn: Grill, broil, or char the corn until it develops some char on all sides. Let cool, then cut kernels off the cob.
Preheat air fryer: Preheat your air fryer according to manufacturer's instructions.
Cook hot dogs and buns: Add hot dogs and hot dog buns to the air fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble hot dogs: Place a hot dog in each bun. Top with charred corn, black beans, crumbled feta, sliced jalapeños, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream.
