1 3/4cupgluten free/vegan pancake mix
1/3cupoat milk
1mashed banana
1tspany type of sugar
3tbspvegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, oat milk, mashed banana, and sugar until just combined.

Notes
If the batter is too thick, add a little more oat milk. If the batter is too thin, add a little more pancake mix. Don’t overcook the waffles, or they will become dry.
