Gluten Free Pound Cake

Gluten free pound cake made with gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, applesauce, eggs, peanut butter, and baking powder

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Pinch baking powder

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients for the dark chocolate bread in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  • Add to a lined loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool. Once cooled, ice with chocolate icing and a sprinkle of salt on top.
