Gluten Free Pound Cake
Gluten free pound cake made with gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, applesauce, eggs, peanut butter, and baking powder

- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2/3 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 Pinch baking powder
Combine all the ingredients for the dark chocolate bread in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Add to a lined loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Let cool. Once cooled, ice with chocolate icing and a sprinkle of salt on top.
