These 4-ingredient snickers dates are super easy, takes only 5 minutes, and is a great alternative instead of eating a candy bar! I'm such a sucker for snickers and although classic snickers bars are gluten free, they aren't made with as wholesome of ingredients as these snickers dates!This good-for-you Date bark dessert recipe is very filling and make for a great quick snack, sweet treat or better-for-you dessert! I love this combination of ooey gooey dates, dark chocolate and creamy peanut butter!

- 20 dates pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut dates in half and arrange the date halves on the prepared baking sheet. Press down so dates are as flat as possible.
Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds, or until melted.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the dates.
Microwave the dark chocolate chips for 30 seconds, or until melted.
Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the dates.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the dates.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
