4-Ingredient Snickers Dates (Gluten Free)

These 4-ingredient snickers dates are super easy, takes only 5 minutes, and is a great alternative instead of eating a candy bar! I'm such a sucker for snickers and although classic snickers bars are gluten free, they aren't made with as wholesome of ingredients as these snickers dates!
This good-for-you Date bark dessert recipe is very fillingĀ and make for a great quick snack, sweet treat or better-for-you dessert! I love this combination of ooey gooey dates, dark chocolate and creamy peanut butter!

Ingredients
  

  • 20 dates pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut dates in half and arrange the date halves on the prepared baking sheet. Press down so dates are as flat as possible.
  • Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds, or until melted.
  • Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the dates.
  • Microwave the dark chocolate chips for 30 seconds, or until melted.
  • Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the dates.
  • Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the dates.
  • Freeze for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy!
