Gluten Free Avocado Toast

Gluten free toast topped with avocado, feta, red onion, tomato, balsamic glaze, avocado oil, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado small
  • 2 slices bread gluten free
  • 2 tbsp fat free feta
  • 1 tbsp red onion chopped and diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato chopped and diced
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Toast the slices of gluten free bread in a toaster until golden brown.
  • Slice your avocado in half. Remove half from the skin and mash on a cutting board.
  • Spread mashed avocado onto slices of bread.
  • Top with toppings and enjoy!
