Lay out a square of seaweed paper.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of sticky rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving a small border at the top.
Arrange avocado slices and peanuts (crushed or whole) in a line across the center of the rice layer.
(Optional) Drizzle with soy sauce, spicy mayo, or sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fold the bottom edge of the seaweed paper over the filling. Then, fold in the sides, bringing them together to form a cone shape. Moisten the top border of the seaweed with a little water to seal the cone.
