Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate greek yogurt fat free
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter organic
  • 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 3 cups pretzels gluten free

Instructions

  • Combine the creamy base: In a large mixing bowl, grab your 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Mix them well until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. You can use a hand blender if needed.
  • Prep your station: Grab a tray or plate and line it with a sheet of parchment paper. This will prevent your yummy yogurt pretzels from sticking.
  • Get dippin': One by one, take each of your 1 cup of gluten-free pretzels and dip pretzels into the peanut butter and yogurt mixture. Make sure to coat them evenly.
  • Peanut butter explosion (optional): If you're feeling extra peanut buttery, sprinkle some of your 3 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter over the dipped pretzels. You can even add the powdered peanut butter to a separate bowl and dip the pretzel into it.
  • Freeze and enjoy: Place the peanut butter chocolate covered pretzels onto the prepared cookie sheet or baking sheet with wax paper and pop them in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until they're nice and frozen.
