Cheesy pull apart garlic bread (gluten free)

This Cheesy pull apart garlic bread is the perfect gluten free appetizer. It is smothered with 3 different cheeses, loaded with garlic and topped with fresh basil and olive oil and cut into bite size pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten free baguette or long roll
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded or sliced
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese option with honey
  • 1/2 cup herbed brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the baguette in half the long ways. Spread minced garlic on both halves.
  • Top with cheeses. You want the cheeese to be evenly distributed. You can shred it, slice it or even spread the softer cheeses evenly on the bread. Make sure to cover all edges.
  • Add to a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 15-30 minutes until the edges are crispy and cheese is melted. I like mine to be crispy and browned around the edges and when the cheese in the middle has started to brown.
  • Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing into 2" squares. Top with olive oil drizzle, salt, peper and fresh basil.
