Easy Garlic Bread Pizza Bites Recipe (Gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten free baguette or long roll
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup mozzarella or vegan mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese or any vegan soft cheese
  • 1/2 cup herbed brie cheese or any vegan soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the bread: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Garlic it up: Spread the minced garlic evenly over both halves of the bread.
  • Cheese it up: Top the bread with your chosen cheeses. Distribute the mozzarella evenly, and crumble or spread the goat and brie cheeses to cover all the bread, including the edges. You can adjust the amount of each cheese to your preference.
  • Bake it: Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-30 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown, and the cheese is melted and slightly browned in the center.
  • Rest and serve: Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool slightly for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut the bread into 3-inch slices.
  • Finishing touches: Drizzle the slices with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
