This recipe is for 1 egg. For 2 eggs you will need to repeat the recipe again, do not add 2 eggs to the 1/2 cup of water.
Make sure to carefully scoop the eggs out of the water so they dont break when you’re picking them up. They’re very delicate and you dont want to yolk to break until its on the plate.For a less gooey texture, increase the cook time 30 seconds so the center of the egg is more cooked.Once the egg is removed from the microwave you can put it back in to cook longer if it has not been removed from the water.Once the egg is removed from the water you cannot cook it any longer.What’s on my toast?
