Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder or more gluten free flour
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 2 tbsp oat milk
  • 2 eggs or 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix together.
  • Add the wet ingredients in. Mix together.
  • Add to parchment lined loaf pan and bake on 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  • Top with optional vanilla icing.
