- 2 bananas
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder or more gluten free flour
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix together.
Add the wet ingredients in. Mix together.
Add to parchment lined loaf pan and bake on 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Top with optional vanilla icing.
