Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough gluten free, frozen/homemade/box mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella fat free or dairy fre
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Cut into 12 squares.
  • Pull apart pieces of the dough and place into muffin tin.
  • Divide the mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni evenly among the squares adding among the pull apart dough pieces.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle with additional olive oil, if desired.
