Easy Gluten free Beer Bread Recipe (vegan, dairy free)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar/sugar replacement
  • 1/4 cup of melted vegan butter
  • 8 oz of gluten free beer

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: 3 cups gluten-free flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute.
  • Melt the vegan butter. Add the melted butter and 8 ounces of gluten-free beer to the dry ingredients.
  • Mix until just combined. The batter should be thick, similar to pancake batter. Avoid overmixing.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. You may need to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes if the center is not set.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
