Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: 3 cups gluten-free flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute.
Melt the vegan butter. Add the melted butter and 8 ounces of gluten-free beer to the dry ingredients.
Mix until just combined. The batter should be thick, similar to pancake batter. Avoid overmixing.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. You may need to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes if the center is not set.
Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
