Parmesan Bites (gluten free)

This recipe for parmesan bites is easy to make because it only requires a few ingredients. All you need is a gluten free baguette, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper. The cheese is simply sprinkled on top of the baguette, and the whole thing is baked in the oven or air fryer until the cheese is melted and bubbly. The recipe is also gluten-free and can be made fat-free or dairy-free. To make it gluten-free, simply use a gluten-free baguette. To make it fat-free, use fat-free mozzarella cheese and skip the olive oil. To make it dairy-free, use dairy-free mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten-free baguette cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place the baguette halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the baguette halves.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve immediately, drizzled with additional olive oil, salt, and pepper if desired.
