Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 banana mashed
  • cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips optional for topping
  • 1 tbsp Candied Pecans chopped optional for topping
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the mashed banana, applesauce, oats, oat milk, protein powder, peanut butter powder.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the oatmeal is thickened and the oats are cooked through.
  • Remove the oatmeal from the heat, add to a bowl and top with the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and candied pecans.
