Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and chocolate cake mix until well combined.
Stir in the vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
