Vegan Chocolate Chip Waffles (gluten free)

For these vegan chocolate chip waffles you will need gluten free/vegan pancake mix, oat milk, vegan chocolate chips and mashed bananas.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup gluten free/vegan pancake mix
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1 mashed banana frozen
  • 1 tsp any type of sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, oat milk, mashed banana, and sugar until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

If the batter is too thick, add a little more oat milk.
If the batter is too thin, add a little more pancake mix.
Don't overcook the waffles, or they will become dry.
