Gluten free banan bread

This banana bread is made with just four ingredients: bananas, peanut butter, gluten free banana bread mix, and water. It is so easy to make, even a beginner baker can do it!

Cook Time 55 minutes
Servings 8 mini breads

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of @chelseaapproved gluten-free/vegan banana bread mix
  • 3 bananas
  • 2/3 cup of peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add to lined loaf pan.
  • Bake on 350 for 35-55 minutes. It should not be delicate to the touch at the top.

Notes

I like to let my banana bread cool before serving. I like the slices to still be warm and the vegan butter or peanut butter on top to melt. The banana breads will stay fresh in the fridge for 3-5 days after baking. You can toast or microwave slices of the gluten free banana bread if you like it warm like me!
