peanut butter chocolate chip protein bars (gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 3 store bought peanut butter protein bars
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips I used dairy free
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Cut each IQBAR in half the long ways.
  • Mix together peanut butter and coconut flour.
  • Spread into each IQBAR.
  • In a separate bowl, add the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate is fully melted.
  • Top each bar with chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before eating.
