Healthy chicken caesar wrap (gluten free, dairy free)

These healthy chicken caesar wraps are made from gluten free wraps, gluten free chicken tenders, lettuce, dairy free caesar dressing and dairy free parmesan cheese!

Ingredients

  • 4 gluten-free wraps
  • 12 gluten-free chicken tenders
  • 1 head of lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Cook the gluten-free chicken tenders according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
  • While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce and set it aside.
  • Warm the gluten-free wraps in the oven or microwave for a few seconds to soften them.
  • To assemble the wraps, place a handful of chopped lettuce on each wrap.
  • Add three cooked chicken tenders on top of the lettuce.
  • Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of dairy-free Caesar dressing over the chicken and lettuce.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of dairy-free parmesan cheese over each wrap.
  • Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
