This pizza makes for the perfect appetizer; it can be cut into narrow slices and are the perfect appetizer for a crowd. This chipotle chicken ranch pizza is gluten free, with a dairy free option and a low fat option.
This chipotle chicken ranch pizza is loaded with shredded chicken, melted cheddar cheese, fresh diced tomatoes, arugula, spicy chipotle and a creamy ranch dressing.
Make this pizza a low fat recipe by using low fat or fat free cheese and low fat ranch or make this a low carb recipe use a cauliflower pizza crust!

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust gluten free
  • 1-2 cups shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded arugula or lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare your pizza crust. Some need to be baked before topping so make sure you do that first!
  • Mix the Pulled Chicken with the chipotle sauce. Set aside.
  • Top pizza with cheese. Add Pulled Chicken.
  • Bake on 350 to slowly heat the leftovers on top. Remove from the oven when edges of crust are crispy and toppings are warmed and cheese is melted!
  • Add arugula, tomatoes. Drizzle with ranch.
