Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough gluten free if needed
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese dairy free or fat free
  • 20 pepperonis turkey pepperoni or vegan pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup vodka sauce

Instructions

  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin as thin as you can. Sprinkle gluten free flour over the top of the dough if it is sticking to the pin.
  • Top the dough with cheese, pepperoni and sauce.
  • Roll the dough into a log. Make sure to tuck the ends in so no cheese comes out!
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
