Chocolate loaf Bread (gluten free, dairy free)

This delicious, soft and moist chocolate loaf bread is perfect for the winter season! Its cozy, filled with cocoa powder and chocolate protein, and topped with marshmallows and chocolate chips. With these simple ingredients you likely already have at home, you can easily satisfy your next chocolate craving! This chocolate loaf bread takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake. Plus you don't need any yeast or a fancy mixer!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup cocoa tahini
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder or cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Add 1/2 of marshmallows and 1/2 of chocolate chips.
  • Add to loaf pan.
  • Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  • Add remaining 1/2 of marshmallows and 1/2 of chocolate chips on top during last 5 minutes of baking.
