Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies are loaded peanut butter and chocolate, dark chocolate chips and butterscotch.
Servings: 2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour

Instructions

  • Add all the dry ingredients to one bowl. Mix together.
  • Add all the wet ingredients to another bowl. Mix together.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to form the dough. Mix in the chocolate chunks or chocoalte chips and the butterscotch chips. Form a ball and press down in the center. These gluten free peanut butter cookies don’t rise or change shape so make sure to form all the cookies into the final shape you want.
  • Bake the gluten free peanut butter cookies on 350 for 10 minutes. Let cook for 10 minutes before serving.
