If your dates have pits, carefully slice them open lengthwise and remove the pits. You can also slice them in half if you prefer smaller bites.
For pitted or halved dates, gently open them up to create a pocket.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Spoon the filling into each date pocket.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
