Banana Toast (gluten free + vegan)

This banana toast is topped with creamy melted peanut butter, caramelized bananas, maple syrup and pumpkin spice.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • 3-4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup sugar free
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Slice the banana in half the long way. Drizzle each side with honey and wrap in tin foil. Bake for 6-11 minutes until it is warm and brown. If you want to continue cooking it longer than 11 minutes feel free!
  • Toast the bread to desired crispiness.
  • Spread peanut butter on bread as soon as it comes out of the toaster.
  • Top peanut butter bread with banana slice. Drizzle with warm syrup and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
