This banana bread without baking soda is easy to make and only uses 4 ingredients! There no baking soda/baking powder and it is gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free pancake mix
  • 2/3 cup plant based milk
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup applesauce

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Additionally, you can add any berries or nuts at this time.
  • Full mini loaf pan cavities 1/2-3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake the Dairy free, gluten free banana bread from pancake mix on 350 for 20-30 minutes. Makes 6 mini banana breads.
